These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p000ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p000ph website at p000ph.cam and all associated gaming services, features, and content.

By accessing the p000ph platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p000ph platform.

To register and maintain an active account on p000ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the p000ph platform, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for Philippine online gaming participants.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of p000ph or any entity affiliated with the p000ph platform.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the p000ph platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access the real-money gaming features of p000ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and have exclusive access to.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your address of residence in the Philippines.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if circumstances change. p000ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one (1) p000ph account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p000ph employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p000ph login credentials. You must notify p000ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. p000ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

p000ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and major credit cards. Payment method availability is subject to change at p000ph's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your p000ph wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the p000ph cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of cleared real-money funds from your p000ph account at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 banking business days for bank transfers.

p000ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts not verified as belonging to the registered p000ph account holder. Any attempt to redirect funds to a third party will be treated as a potential compliance flag and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

p000ph may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on p000ph contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: p000ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, pattern betting, or circumvention of wagering requirements.

p000ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players may not hold p000ph liable for the discontinuation of any promotional program.

All games available on p000ph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules provide for a more specific provision directly applicable to the situation in question.

System Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a game system malfunction, communication failure, or software error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout amounts, or game outcomes, p000ph reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the applicable stakes to the player's account. p000ph shall not be obligated to honor any outcome or payout resulting from a demonstrable system error.

Bet Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the p000ph platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. All bets are final upon confirmation. This applies to all game formats available on p000ph, including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and fishing arcade games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p000ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on p000ph.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be payable.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering through the p000ph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing p000ph through a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the p000ph platform's source code, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at p000ph staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content available on the p000ph platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, interface designs, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of p000ph or its licensed content providers, and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright conventions.

p000ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p000ph content without prior written authorization from p000ph.

p000ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at p000ph.cam/privacy-policy. By creating a p000ph account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

p000ph processes personal data including your name, mobile number, address, date of birth, identification documents, device information, transaction history, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and personalized gaming experience delivery.

p000ph does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and third-party service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

p000ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the welfare of its players. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the p000ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

p000ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Detection of underage gambling or provision of false age information.

Upon termination for cause, p000ph may withhold account funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, cleared funds will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Funds will not be returned where account termination results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach.

Players may also close their own p000ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days, with cleared real-money balances refunded to the verified payment method of record.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p000ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the p000ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to technical failure or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Errors or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.

p000ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

p000ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p000ph will notify registered players via the contact information on their account (typically SMS or platform notification) at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required on shorter notice for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the p000ph platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and p000ph arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting p000ph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent p000ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent or ongoing harm to the platform or its players.
